The Importance of CPD and continued learning.

Today I attended a Property Care Association Webinar on the changes to BS8102 and does the BS8102 Update – Does this change our view of waterproofing. As a Surveyor who has worked within the Preservation industry for almost 40 years now, things have changed greatly. I spend far more time now, looking at the building pathology, and how a structure is formed. BS8102 gives the Waterproofing industry clear guidelines designing and installing waterproofing.

As an Independent Surveyor with Property Care Association membership, I hold current CPD in my industry, this ensures that I am up to date with current requirements and national regulations.
